Safe and productive work environment We seek a dynamic individual to join our team as a warehouse operator in Mollerussa. Your daily tasks will focus on order preparation, including loading, unloading, and proper organization of all goods. You will also be responsible for pallet assembly, applying strapping and labeling to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for shipment. A key part of your responsibilities will be efficient stock management—placing materials in their designated locations within the warehouse to maximize space utilization. Maintaining cleanliness and order in your work area is essential to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone. Prior experience in similar warehouse or logistics roles will be viewed favorably. You must be physically capable of performing tasks typical of this position and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality. This position offers a permanent contract, ideal if you are seeking a long-term opportunity in Mollerussa. The working schedule is intensive, Monday to Friday, from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, including a lunch break. Salary reviews occur every six months, and compensation will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement. While no specific academic qualifications are required, holding a forklift license—either for counterbalanced or side-loading forklifts—will be a significant advantage. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics tasks. Forklift license (highly valued). Driver’s license (valued). Responsible, punctual attitude with capacity for physical effort.
