Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator to operate and supervise production lines at a fruit processing plant, performing quality control and production reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork in the food industry A machine operator is required to work at a fruit processing plant in Soses, within the food industry. Main duties include operating and supervising production lines, handling machinery such as crushers, juice extractors, and pasteurization systems. Quality control is conducted at all stages, verifying hygiene, taste, and texture, as well as adjustments and calibrations according to product specifications. Production reports and data recording are carried out for performance analysis, along with other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum six months of experience in a similar sector. * We seek a person willing to work as part of a team. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
