**Description:** ---------------- At Nufri, we are looking to hire a Technical Architect with experience in civil works supervision, technical coordination, and comprehensive project management. The selected candidate will join the company’s technical team, actively participating in the execution and monitoring of infrastructure projects linked to our industrial and agricultural operations, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Supervise civil works execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, current regulations, and defined deadlines. * Coordinate industrial partners, contractors, and suppliers during various execution phases. * Conduct economic control of projects, including quantity surveying, certifications, and cost tracking. * Manage on-site incidents by proposing efficient and viable technical solutions. * Review drawings and technical documentation, and ensure work quality. * Monitor scheduling and prepare technical reports for project management. * Participate in construction and expansion projects of our own facilities, from execution through commissioning. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience in civil works supervision and construction project management. * Knowledge of cost control, quantity surveying, and construction scheduling. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools. * Strong organizational skills, results orientation, and problem-solving ability. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **What do we offer?** Join a solid and continuously expanding company.
