At Nayox Group, we seek to hire a professional for the **Operations Department**, with interest in processes, analysis, and continuous improvement, to collaborate cross-functionally across various company departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Tour various departments to understand processes, workflows, and internal tools. * Collect, structure, and analyze key information for decision-making. * Identify inefficiencies and propose data- and technology-driven improvements. * Collaborate on implementation and maintenance of digital tools used in operations. * Work jointly with logistics, administration, IT, and management teams to ensure proper process execution. * Create and update manuals, protocols, and workflows. **Candidate Profile** * Analytical capability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Interest in operational management and business processes. * Proficiency in digital and office tools. * Organizational skills and ability to work in teams. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of data analysis, automation, or management tools. * Interest in digitalization and process optimization.
