We are seeking a **Customer Service Agent – German**, with strong communication skills and commercial orientation. This is a temporary position for the winter season at **our offices in Reus**. If you enjoy **helping customers** and **love the tourism industry**, this opportunity is for you! **What are the main responsibilities?** * **Reservation management:** Direct contact with hotels, tour operators, receptive agencies, and other tourism suppliers. * **Customer service:** Resolving inquiries via email and telephone, advising on our products, and closing sales. * **Preparation of customized budgets and quotations:** Presenting offers tailored to each customer’s needs. * **Follow-up and customer loyalty:** Continuous analysis of customer satisfaction and evaluation of business relationships. * **Administrative support:** Managing quotations and budgets, assisting Management, and providing support to the Booking department. **Key requirements for this position are as follows:** * **Fluent (C1, C2, or native) spoken and written German is mandatory.** * **Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) in Tourism, Commerce, or related fields.** * Prior experience in the tourism sector. * Excellent organizational and communication skills, especially over the phone. * Passion for tourism and aptitude for building business relationships. * Ability to handle multiple tasks, work collaboratively in teams, and pay close attention to detail. * Residence in Reus or nearby the Camp de Tarragona region. **What do we offer?** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract for the Winter Season. * Opportunity to transition to an indefinite contract based on professional performance. * Chance to join an established project currently expanding internationally. * Positive work environment fostering personal growth and development. * Subsidized lunch box (tupper) and free fruit every Wednesday. * Discounts and complimentary personal travel packages. * Various social benefits and team-building activities. **Working hours: Full-time.** Availability to work Monday through Sunday and public holidays, with corresponding rest days.
