Experienced workers in metallurgy are sought to join a dynamic team. A medium or higher vocational training qualification in mechanics, production, or a related field is required. Good command of spoken and written Spanish or Catalan, as well as basic computer skills at user level, are essential. Having a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace is necessary, and at least one year of prior experience in the sector is valued. Main responsibilities will include the production and adjustment of metal profiles, handling finished products using overhead cranes, and assembling and disassembling industrial machinery. The role also involves verifying the quality of parts and production processes, and actively collaborating with the rest of the team to optimize efficiency and continuous production improvement. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. Compensation will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
