Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to carry out manufacturing, packaging, packing, and storage operations for products, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Food safety training valued Teresa Carles Manufacturing is looking for a Production Operator for our production plant located in Bell\-lloc. Are you ready for this new opportunity? \- Receive manufacturing orders, including notes on ingredients or raw materials to be used, parameters to monitor, inspections and controls to perform, and documentation to record. \- Comply with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. \- Carry out transformation and processing operations specified in the product manufacturing plan. \- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. \- Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products. \- Perform product packaging and packing operations. \- Carry out product labeling and boxing. \- Store finished products. \- Record process control results and quality and safety inspections defined for each product. \- Manage waste appropriately. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry. * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Experience in beverage production will be positively considered. \- Food safety training and good handling practices will be valued. \- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be valued. * Vehicle availability required * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional information of interest: Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment.
