Your mission will be to create creative, native, and strategic content for our channels, aligned with Freshly's values and visual universe. We want you not only to create content but also to actively shape the brand's storytelling, bringing ideas, analysis, trends, and a constant focus on innovation. **What will you do day to day?** **Content ideation, production, and execution:** * Create original and native content for Instagram, TikTok, and other assigned channels, aligned with our visual identity and brand tone. * Record and edit content in various formats: videos, Reels, stories, interviews, behind\-the\-scenes, vlogs, tutorials, etc. * Appear as a face or voice in content when required by the format (face\-to\-camera). * Provide new content ideas based on metric analysis, trends, and benchmarking of reference brands. * Collaborate in shooting sessions and co\-brandings to generate organic and community content. **Strategic support and collaboration:** * Publish and schedule content in alignment with the editorial calendar. * Analyze content performance, suggesting improvements and new approaches. * Use AI tools to streamline creative processes: scripts, translations, subtitles, etc. * Work closely with Branding, PR, and Influencers teams to amplify and co\-create content. * Participate in special activations led by the Branding team and in generating ideas for high\-impact campaigns. **What will set you apart?** * Creativity, authenticity, and naturalness on camera. * Ability to adapt to different formats and audiences (community, product, lifestyle, etc.). * Proactive, curious profile with a strategic mindset toward content. * Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
