Key responsibilities include supervising and organizing teams responsible for warehousing, distribution, and order preparation, always guaranteeing on-time delivery. The role also entails comprehensive inventory control and periodic stocktaking across various warehouse facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating both preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, the candidate must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and oversee audits conducted internally or externally. Prompt and effective resolution of operational and logistical incidents will be a key daily responsibility. Task prioritization and management of available resources will be essential to maximize efficiency in time and cost, including preparation of detailed reports and performance analyses. Close collaboration with other departments—such as Procurement, Billing, and Sales—is expected to ensure service fluidity and continuity. Experience with warehouse management systems, data analysis, and specialized logistics and inventory control software will be highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
