A sample handler is required for fieldwork in Lleida, in the geotechnical investigation, drilling, and boring sector. The main responsibility is to support the technical team during on-site operations, ensuring proper handling, identification, and preservation of extracted samples. **Key responsibilities include:** assisting drillers during drilling and extraction operations; collecting soil and rock samples, labeling and packaging them according to geotechnical protocols; verifying sample condition and recording data; preparing and safely transporting samples to the laboratory; performing basic cleaning and inspection of tools and machinery; and supporting setup of the worksite, signage, and other logistical tasks. The position entails a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with split shifts and breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum six months’ experience performing similar tasks. * We seek a candidate with a positive attitude. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * Valid driver’s license required.
