Meaningful work impact and purpose-driven work. **About the Role** Technical operator for hygiene product production lines, manufacturing products according to defined specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, the Technical Operator is responsible for machine operation. If this describes you, we would love to speak with you. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications by performing periodic tests. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated at the unit via DDS: SOP, CIL, Center Lining, specifications, execution of preventive orders (SAP), etc. * Perform machine repairs during corrective maintenance activities. * Actively supervise and collaborate in format changeovers, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them onto the machine according to established standards. * Maintain proper communication during shift handover (previous and next shifts). * Maintain proper communication with other personnel involved in machine operation. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during production. * Work according to employee development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Industrial environment experience * Higher vocational training degree (mechatronics, etc.) * English language knowledge is desirable * Office software (Word and Excel) * SAP maintenance management system * Welding experience is desirable * Experience with preventive diagnostic tools * Action-oriented * Customer-focused * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Continuous daily learning * Problem-solving ability * Self\-awareness * Time management **Additional Information** Five-shift working system **What We Offer** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower employees to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
