Job Summary: APRODISCA is seeking a Forklift Operator to perform loading and unloading, internal transportation, and order preparation, ensuring safe forklift operation and goods control. Collaboration with various departments APRODISCA is a non-profit social entity declared to be of special public utility, specializing in services for people with disabilities and/or mental illness. • We are seeking a Forklift Operator for our La Selva del Camp center. Main responsibilities include: • Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers. • Internal transportation of materials within the factory or warehouse. • Placement and retrieval of pallets from racking systems or storage areas. • Supplying materials to production lines. • Order preparation (movement of finished products, palletizing). • Visual inspection of goods condition (packaging, damage, quantities). • Safe and correct use of forklifts (counterbalanced, reach, electric pallet trucks, etc.). • Basic vehicle maintenance: daily inspections, battery charging, or refuelling. • Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. • Collaboration with other departments (production, logistics, quality). * Minimum 3 months’ experience; industrial environment experience preferred. * Competencies / knowledge: • Valid forklift license • Knowledge of industrial safety regulations • Valid driver’s license • Organizational skills and attention to detail * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Additional information: • Salary according to the Cleaning Sector Collective Agreement (gross €1,381 in 12 monthly payments) • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–14:00 • Start date: Immediate • Substitution contract for long-term leave
