We are seeking personnel to perform key tasks within an agroindustrial plant. The job includes unloading trucks carrying raw materials, safely handling inputs, and participating in the packaging and bagging line to prepare finished products. It also involves the precise mixing of medications and additives into animal feed, following exact specifications to ensure quality. Other responsibilities include manual dosing of heavy pre-mixes and handling micro-component silos, ensuring proper system traceability. Hygiene and maintenance are part of the daily routine, including daily cleaning of machinery and work areas to comply with food safety standards. Continuous production support is provided by collaborating with control room staff to maintain operational flow. This position operates in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and adaptability during peak demand periods. Full-time availability is required for intensive biweekly rotating shifts, covering morning, afternoon, night, and split shifts. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential, especially during high-production campaigns. Prior experience of at least two years in feed plants, the agri-food sector, or manufacturing industry is highly valued. Key competencies include rigor, high attention to detail in dosing and traceability tasks, commitment to occupational risk prevention, and proven ability to work effectively in a team. No specific academic qualification is required.
