Second-class technician - Knowledge and experience in using folder machines Valued skills: - Experience with sheet metal bending rolls - Knowledge of boiler-making or metal structures - Understanding of materials and their behavior during folding (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) - Ability to work independently and solve technical problems Program requirements: - Applicants must be registered at the corresponding office of the Catalan Public Employment Service as unemployed job seekers, with a minimum of 10 calendar days of registration prior to the submission of the job offer, and must be eligible to formalize an employment contract. - Must belong to one of the following groups: o Unemployed individuals aged 45 or older. o Individuals aged 30 or older who have been long-term unemployed and/or are in a vulnerable situation. (*) Long-term unemployment is defined as being registered as a job seeker and having been unemployed for a minimum of 12 months, continuous or not, within the last 18 months prior to the employment covered by the application. o Unemployed women aged 30 or older who do not receive unemployment benefits and/or are in a vulnerable situation. An indefinite contract is offered. Full working day. Working hours: winter, from 5:45 h to 14:00 h; summer, from 6:45 h to 15:00 h. Monthly gross salary 1,500 € (14 payments). Interpretation of technical drawings to determine folding dimensions and angles Correct selection and adjustment of punches and dies according to the type of fold and material Machine setup (folding angle, pressure, bend length) Calculation of sheet metal developments considering tolerances and bending radii Application of safety regulations during machine operation Basic preventive maintenance of the folder machine * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time * Monthly gross salary 1500
