From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete prefabricated solutions. We are currently seeking team leaders with experience in the concrete prefabrication or construction sector. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are key: * Production planning and organization: schedule daily production according to the manufacturing plan; allocate human and material resources to each production line; prioritize manufacturing orders based on delivery dates; coordinate with planning, maintenance, logistics, and dispatch departments. * Manufacturing process supervision: supervise preparation and cleaning of production tracks; verify correct tensioning of prestressing cables; monitor concrete pouring and extrusion processes; supervise concrete curing; authorize detensioning and cutting of slabs; control product storage and handling; inspect finishes and geometry. * Personnel management: organize work teams; assign daily tasks; supervise staff performance; train new operators; resolve shift-related incidents; promote teamwork and discipline. * Safety and prevention: ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; supervise use of personal protective equipment; identify hazardous situations; report and investigate incidents and accidents; guarantee plant orderliness and cleanliness. * Consumption control: optimize consumption of concrete, prestressing steel, additives, and energy; reduce losses and waste; monitor inventories of daily-use materials. * Performance indicator tracking: daily output, track productivity, manufacturing hours, rejections, rework, breakages, and machinery availability. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Flexible compensation via Cobee, free telemedicine via Savia, access to Wellhub, pension plan, subsidized cafeteria, and discounts on products and services. **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Advanced level of Spanish. \#LI\-SM1 * **Location:** Vila\-rodona (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Construction and architecture * **Vacancies:** 1 * **Discipline:** Operations * **Work Modality:** On-site
