




We are looking for an administrative staff member to join a work team in Jaca. The selected candidate will be responsible for various essential tasks related to administrative management. Main responsibilities include accounting for property owners' communities, drafting and following up on minutes, handling correspondence, issuing certificates for rental and property sale procedures, monitoring consumption and additional charges, and managing email communications. In addition, the candidate will need to interact with associations and property owners, prepare budgets for communities, and supervise various services. A minimum of three months of experience in a similar position is required, along with training in administration, either through a medium or higher-level vocational training program. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Knowledge of accounting and experience with the GESFINCAS software will be valued positively. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with a flexible schedule from 8 to 3 PM and 5 to 7 PM.
