What is special about SGS, among other things, is our culture. **Job Description** **Are you passionate about railway construction projects?** We are seeking an **Electrification and Catenary Technician with experience** to join our Technical Assistance team for Construction Management Your main responsibilities will be: **On-site technical support** * Supervise the correct installation of electrification equipment (catenary, substations, power cables, etc.). * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications and current regulations. * Validate technical solutions with the main contractor during execution. **Review and control of technical documentation** * Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and assembly drawings. * Verify and update As-Built drawings. **Quality control and regulatory compliance** * Check that materials and work comply with technical and safety standards (IEC, EN, UNE, etc.). * Conduct field quality inspections. * Document non-conformities and propose corrective actions. **Testing and commissioning** * Participate in carrying out voltage, continuity, insulation, grounding and other electrical tests. * Support the commissioning of electrification systems: substations, catenary, remote control, etc. **Technical coordination and communication** * Act as a liaison between engineering, construction site and client on technical matters. * Participate in coordination meetings. * Prepare technical progress reports, incident reports or test reports. **Requirements*** Intermediate or higher degree in electrical fields * Experience in high-voltage electrical installations and railway and catenary installations. * Valuable experience in linear construction projects * Computer skills: Office, AutoCAD * Driving license \*\* The construction site is located in the province of Huesca **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * Working at SGS means joining a team where innovation, integrity and safety are **our DNA.** * **Our best secret?** The people who make up SGS.
