Key Responsibilities Lead the technical management of software projects Perform functional analysis and requirements gathering Coordinate project tracking and its technical evolution Supervise development quality Technically manage and align the development team Work in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) What Are We Looking For? ✅ Over 5 years of software development experience and 2 years as a Tech Lead. ✅ Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) ✅ Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. **✅ Technical knowledge in:** Java and microservice architecture Python SQL / PL\-SQL Linux and Windows ✅ Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation ✅ Advanced English level (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.
