**Job Title: Senior Manager, D\&T Software Excellence** **Location**: Barcelona, Spain We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Senior Manager responsible for software excellence and quality** to lead initiatives that promote high\-quality software development practices across the organization with a particular focus on leveraging **AI and Agentic AI** to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation. This role will manage a hybrid team of external and internal software professionals and collaborate with internal digital product teams to define, implement, and continuously improve standards, processes, and tools that drive software excellence.
