We are seeking a **Junior Production Manager** to join our team on a high-value **Data Center** construction project, featuring high technical and execution standards. If you hold a technical degree, are eager to grow on-site, and wish to contribute your talent to highly complex projects, we want to meet you! ### **The project includes:** * Deep foundation * Prefabricated concrete and steel structure * Technical façades * High-specification interior finishes * Critical installations * Execution under BIM, LEED, and international certification standards **Your responsibilities:** * You will collaborate with the site management team on planning and monitoring tasks, technical and economic control, personnel and subcontractor coordination, and any other duties required by the project. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Prior experience (1–2 years) in construction execution is desirable (experience in singular or industrial buildings will be positively considered). * **Tools:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera).
