University Orientation Advisor

From **CEU San Pablo University**, we are seeking to hire a full-time **University Orientation Advisor** on an indefinite contract to perform the **following responsibilities**: * Represent the university and strengthen institutional relationships with target schools by offering them activities and events aimed at generating information requests and admissions applications from prospective students. * Provide orientation and advisory services to potential candidates and their families. * Manage information requests and promotional actions in the CRM system. * Provide telephone and in-person support for information and admissions inquiries. * Deliver commercial support at large-scale education fairs (e.g., Unitour, Open House Days) and smaller educational fairs organized by schools. * Design and implement on-campus activities. * Attend fairs and participate in virtual or in-person events such as Open House Days, etc. * Foster loyalty among assigned schools under the Schools Plan. * Increase the number and quality of Information Requests (IR) generated from assigned activities. * Increase the number and quality of Admission Applications (AA) generated from assigned activities. * Improve the conversion rate from IR to AA. * Enhance service levels for inbound and outbound communications. * Increase student enrollments originating from assigned activities. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Psychopedagogy. * Master’s degree related to Education or School Orientation. * 1–3 years of experience in the university or school sector. * Prior experience in sales/telemarketing and CRM usage is valued. Commercial profile. * Strong oral and written communication skills, active listening ability, and proficiency with office tools. Teamwork capability, flexibility, openness to change, professional ambition, public-facing interpersonal skills, and a commercial mindset. * B2 level of English; French is a plus. * Willingness to travel and work occasional Saturdays, given the support required for events.
