Technical Architect / Site Manager

At **Motiva Construcción**, we continue to grow and are seeking to hire a **Technical Architect** to manage comprehensive renovation projects and new construction projects. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual with the ability to lead construction sites, coordinate teams, and ensure that each project is executed to the highest standards of quality, schedule, and cost. What will you do? * Planning and comprehensive management of renovation and new construction projects. * Coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitoring of scheduling, certifications, and project costs. * Supervision of execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Resolution of incidents and decision-making during execution. * Liaison with clients, technical management, and other involved parties. * Preparation of measurements, budgets, and financial tracking of projects. What are we looking for? * Technical Architect, Building Engineer, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience managing construction projects in Spain. * Experience in comprehensive renovations and/or new construction. * Knowledge of construction scheduling, economic control, and team coordination. * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions. * Organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual. * Valid driver's license. Especially valued: * Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. * Knowledge of technical regulations and quality control.
