Adhere to all brand policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to supervisors; complete required safety trainings and certifications; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times on the job; respect hotel confidentiality; protect all company assets. Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and respond to guest needs, assist guests with reduced mobility, and warmly thank guests upon departure.
