Rotating shifts with a 40-hour weekly contract CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is looking to hire FRONT DESK ASSISTANTS to work at our hotels located in central Madrid **Main responsibilities include:** * Check\-in/Check\-out. * Key control and reading of room keys. * Safe deposit box rentals. * Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift colleague. * Full responsibility for all activities occurring during one's working hours. • Incident management, but not resolution. * Luggage handling. * Room changes. * Mail management. * Room sales. * Switchboard call handling. * Supervision of bell staff under one's responsibility. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in a similar role. * Tourism-related education. * Advanced English \+ Other languages are a plus. * Customer-oriented attitude. * SAP knowledge is highly valued.
