




We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow, offering greater value to our client in smart and ecological mobility solutions. **Job Title** Railway Maintenance Operator - ATEINSA **Purpose of the Position** * Participate in the proper execution of maintenance work performed by ATEINSA at maintenance workshops, ensuring compliance with quality indices and service requirements established by management and maintenance plans. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of railway equipment. **Relationships (Networks)** Internal: Production, Quality, Engineering **Responsibilities** * Execute planned preventive and corrective tasks in accordance with the Maintenance Plan, ensuring proper use of existing industrial documentation. * Resolve incidents detected during the maintenance of railway vehicles. * Complete necessary records to document preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and campaigns carried out according to company procedures. * Repair faults and inspect and prepare units for operation. * Perform protocols and tests on electromechanical components. * Analyze and diagnose faults. * Maintain proper order and cleanliness at the workplace. * Request and collect necessary materials from the warehouse for maintenance operations, following defined procedures. * Properly use individual and collective machinery, as well as workshop facility equipment (such as lifting baskets, track lines, and forklifts). * Perform protocols and/or tests on electromechanical components. * Assist in the execution of modification campaigns and follow-ups on rolling stock in the workshop. * Contribute to continuous improvement. * Report any incidents/near-misses affecting Railway Safety to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health regulations. **Required Education** **Mandatory:** * Higher-level vocational training or equivalent advanced module in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propelled vehicles, or similar * Compulsory Secondary Education, provided there is at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in railway maintenance * Languages: Fluent Spanish **Desirable:** * Intermediate Vocational Training in Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance * Technical knowledge of railway regulations * Certification for operating lifting platforms * Certification for working at heights * Certification for crane bridge operation * Certification for hoist operation * Certification for train movement (jockey) * Certification for handling fluorinated gases * Certification on electrical hazards **Experience** **Mandatory:** 6 months of experience in a similar railway maintenance role **Desirable:** Experience in air conditioning and pneumatic system maintenance **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Teamwork * Communication * Resilience * Motivation An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
