We are seeking a **Proposal Manager** to join our Madrid team and play a key role in winning new business by managing and coordinating all aspects of proposal development, particularly for public and private sector construction tenders. You will work closely with business development, technical, legal, financial teams, and external partners to deliver compelling, compliant, and well-structured proposals. * Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for construction and real estate projects. * Analyze RFPs, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure high-quality deliverables. * Draft and structure non-technical sections (methodology, CVs, presentations, etc.). * Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company standards. * Analyze tender outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
