




DESCRIPTION Reports to: Multimedia Marketing Manager \& Strategic Content Program Lead **Purpose:** Lead the ideation and creation of short\-form, social\-first video content using innovative formats and AI\-enhanced tools. Brings creative, platform\-native thinking into the video team to elevate University digital presence and audience engagement. **Scope of Responsibility:** – Develop and produce short\-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. – Ideate, storyboard, and edit content optimized for social performance and storytelling. – Apply AI tools (Runway, Synthesia, Pika, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance production agility and experimentation. – Collaborate with internal teams (Social Media, Narrative, Design) and external providers when needed. – Contribute to wider brand video initiatives, while maintaining a clear focus on social content innovation. ### **.** REQUIREMENTS ### **Requisitos** – 3–5 years of experience in video production with a focus on social media. – Strong creative and editing skills; up to date with digital content trends. – Proficient in AI\-based content tools and video editing software. – Bilingual Spanish/English. – Agile, proactive, digitally fluent, and aligned with brand storytelling logic
