At Marketalia, one of Spain's leading independent Digital Marketing agencies, recognized as Google Partner Premier 2025 and META Business Partner, we are looking for a Content Creator \& Community Manager to join our team through a paid internship. ### **What are we looking for?** A creative and proactive individual eager to work in a team and grow professionally in the fields of Social Media, Communication, and Creativity. It is essential that you can sign an agreement with your educational institution. ### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Collaborate in designing and planning content calendars: starting with setting objectives and determining execution methods to achieve them. * Create native content in various formats (image, video, copywriting, etc.) for different clients, both B2B and B2C. * Assist in managing social media accounts for various clients: actively listening and engaging with the community, publishing content, and monitoring results. * Participate in creating Social Media analytics reports. * Explore social networks to identify trends and suggest ideas. * Collaborate with influencers and content creators. * Support the development of consulting services, audits, and Social Media strategies. * Participate in creating creative concepts for brands. ### **What profile are we looking for?** * Ability to sign a training agreement. * Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate. * General understanding of how major social networks operate. * Proficient use of tools such as Canva and CapCut (or similar). * Strong writing and copywriting skills. * Interest in the Social Media world, Social\-First communication, and creativity. * Knowledge of audiovisual production (scripts, photography, video, etc.) will be valued positively. * Eagerness to learn and become part of a young and enthusiastic team. * Intermediate/advanced level of English. ### **What can we offer you?:** * Paid internship. * Training with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, among others. * Opportunity to join one of Spain’s most prominent and sustainable independent agencies, a META Business Partner and recognized as Google Partner Premier 2025\. * Collaborate with a united and empathetic Social Media team. * Potential for future integration into the team.
