Summary: CBRE is seeking a Loan Analyst to support Asset Managers and Loan Administrators in servicing commercial real estate loans in the UK and continental Europe. Highlights: 1. Servicing assigned commercial real estate loans in UK & continental Europe 2. Managing set-up of new loans and maintaining loan information integrity 3. Providing general customer service to lenders and borrowers Role Purpose CBRE is seeking a Loan Analyst basedin Madrid whose primary responsibility will be supporting the Asset Managersand Loan Administrator in all aspects of the servicing of allocated commercialreal estate loans. KeyResponsibilities * Services assigned commercial real estate loans in theUK and continental Europe and monitors their performance. * Provides general customer service to lenders andborrowers and administration departments as per the financing documentation. * Manages the set\-up of new loans in loan servicingsystem and responsible for maintaining the currency and integrity of loaninformation. * Manages loan document files and document imaging. * Administration and bookkeeping of the transaction. * Setting of interest periods and reference ratesapplicable for each period. * Calculation amounts to be paid by the Borrowers andlenders in accordance with loan documentation i.e., fees, interest, andprincipal amounts. * Execute payment instructions on each payment dateaccording to waterfall provided. * Liaises with designated Borrower Account Bank toensure all signing and account access arrangements (via electronic banking) asset out in the loan documentation are in place to allow movement of funds oneach IPD. * Maintain KYC information for all bank accountsignatories. * Provide assistance as required to Asset Managers inresponding to borrower’s Audit enquiries. PersonSpecification/Requirements * Solid experience in UK \& European real estatefinance sector. * Debt due diligence and transaction managementexpertise. * Execution and documentation experience. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage anumber of projects simultaneously. * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong client facing and communication skills(interacting with both investors and borrowers). * Presentational skill. * Team mentality.
