Continuous training plan. **Description:** ---------------- At **CAD & BIM SERVICES**, we specialize in BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing Spain’s major BIM implementation projects. Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed over 1,000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, constant innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various disciplines. We carry out design and structural calculations for projects, leveraging our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our work includes proprietary projects as well as technical support for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are currently recruiting a **REVIT STRUCTURAL MODELER** specialized in **STRUCTURAL/CIVIL ENGINEERING** for a civil works project in Madrid. **Main Responsibilities:** * Modeling of Revit STR and its corresponding families. * Modeling of steel and concrete structures. * Modeling of civil works drawings. * Generation and extraction of graphical documentation from the model. * Resolving issues identified by project coordinators. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan.
