We operate across more than 150 centers and services in the fields of mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are seeking a Social Worker to join our COLD CAMPAIGN in the Community of Madrid. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Responsibility for individual and group social assessment and intervention with service users. * Responsibility for assisting users. * Completion of all reports requested by the relevant supervisor. * Accurate completion of assistance reports, both manually and electronically, safeguarding them during working hours. * Exemplary, respectful, and courteous treatment of users and all stakeholders involved in interventions. Responsibility for transferring users and related case information—verbally and in writing—to the receiving center. * Supervision and support of auxiliary social service staff in the following tasks: * Supporting users with mobility difficulties to promote personal autonomy in daily activities. * Transporting, registering, and storing affected individuals' belongings. * Participation in and responsibility for training personnel assigned to your work team. * Adherence to the service’s quality policy by reporting any deviations or inappropriate procedures affecting service performance to the immediate supervisor. * Media engagement only upon authorization from the entity’s corresponding supervisor and prior approval from municipal authorities responsible. All duties are performed under the supervision, direction, and control of the entity’s responsible personnel. * Collaboration in research and teaching projects approved by the competent bodies of the Service.
