Cleaning Operator

Description

The position focuses on the comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness and order within an industrial facility dedicated to waste recycling. The operator will be responsible for ensuring that all work areas, machinery, and common spaces are maintained in optimal hygiene and safety conditions, directly contributing to an efficient operational environment and complying with company standards. Tasks include regular cleaning of floors, surfaces, and equipment; management of waste generated during operations; and application of established disinfection protocols. A proactive attitude is essential to identify and address cleaning needs, reporting any incidents or deficiencies in the facilities that may affect daily operations or staff working conditions. This role is critical to maintaining plant functionality and regulatory compliance, working in coordination with other departments. The ability to autonomously organize work, follow specific instructions, and adapt to a dynamic environment—where priorities may change—is highly valued. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts that may include morning shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 and night shifts from 23:00 to 7:00, with potential flexibility. The contract is temporary, and the salary is set at 10.93 euros for daytime shifts and 13.86 euros for night shifts. A valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle for commuting are mandatory. A minimum of one year’s experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a similar industrial environment is required, demonstrating capability in maintaining order and hygiene.
