**Responsibilities/Job Functions:**
Lead the RFQ submission process for bids or EPC-type projects.
Capability, motivation, and independence to understand the technical requirements of RFQs and pro\-actively propose execution plans for related activities. Propose negotiation strategies and independently conduct negotiations for supply purchase orders and/or supply-and-installation purchase orders in EPC-type projects.
(Define and adapt commercial documents for RFQs; prepare and supervise award proposals; pro\-actively manage and strategize the procurement process; negotiate and prepare purchase orders)
Key Responsibilities:
* Comply with internal procedures according to the established methodology and strategy
* Record and control information per the Procurement Section’s work procedures
* Proactively coordinate with suppliers and internal disciplines—such as engineering, construction, quality, cost, and planning—to ensure requirement compliance and consolidation of strategies for mitigating uncertainties during the purchase order execution phase
* Identify, coordinate, prepare, and verify applicable documentation to ensure its proper formalization throughout the negotiation, award, and purchase order preparation process
* Track assigned requisitions; transparently communicate potential issues; propose problem mitigation measures to ensure timely, appropriate decision-making aligned with project deadlines
* Generate reports on the assigned scope
* Ensure compliance with internal procurement and sourcing regulations and policies
**Required/Minimum Academic Qualification:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

**Required Experience:**
4\-5 years of professional experience in similar roles

**Position Type:**
Permanent position (indefinite-term contract) directly on EAG’s (Empresarios Agrupados GHESA) payroll.
