Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks related to processing applications for actions within the Railway Affected Area, including:
* Information and documentation management.
* Incoming document classification and correspondence drafting.
* Report writing.
* Preparation of files for resolution.
* Data entry into various applications.
* Statistical and inventory work.
* Secretarial duties and similar tasks.
* Archival work execution.
* Telephone support and call management.
* Review and updating of templates for forms, letters, and reports.
* Uploading documentation to and tracking it in the e-signature platform (Portafirmas).
Requirements
\- Experience in: Intermediate-to-advanced level proficiency in Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Years of experience in the role: More than 5 years.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (Bachillerato), BUP, COU, other secondary education, or vocational training.
