We are currently seeking to hire a Functional Analyst. What are we looking for in you? * 4 years of experience in functional or techno-functional roles within critical transactional systems * Experience in modeling and specification using UML and requirements management * Knowledge of PCI DSS and its impact on design * Knowledge of payment processes: authorization, reversals, reconciliation, clearing, and settlement (both online and batch), including exceptions (fraud, rejections, timeouts) * Proficiency with modeling and ALM tools (Enterprise Architect, Visio, Jira, Confluence, DOORS) * Experience in UML-based design, test case and test plan design, and information security testing * English: C1 level (mandatory) * Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification **Your responsibilities will include:** * Functional design: definition and validation of end-to-end flows aligned with technical capabilities and environmental constraints, supporting design decisions from both functional and regulatory perspectives. \- Functional review and audit: evaluation against regulatory and business requirements, identification of gaps, risks, and dependencies, and support for internal and external audits. * Stakeholder communication: clarification of complex business requirements and rules, and functional validation of technical deliverables. * Service lifecycle support: functional analysis of incidents, support to Operations teams, root cause analysis, and contribution to procedures, recovery flows, and runbooks. * Functional documentation: processes, business rules, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability between requirements and technical components.
