Functions: **TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO MANAGEMENT** Support management in planning, administration, and execution of tasks for proper area management. **MANAGEMENT OF EXECUTIVE AGENDA** Coordinate internal and external executive agenda. **INTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE** Respond to any type of information request and/or support from other companies, departments, and/or management teams. Liaise and coordinate with other areas within the Group. **EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE** Handle all types of external requests to ensure proper response and/or referral to the relevant department. Liaise and coordinate with external entities. **TRAVEL MANAGEMENT** Plan and organize business trips. **EVENT SUPPORT** Support in organizing and executing events. **DIRECT WORK WITH EXECUTIVES AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT (HEADQUARTERS AND COMPANIES)** Convey instructions, coordinate tasks and information requests, participate in meetings, support specific projects, etc. **PREPARE AND ANALYZE DOCUMENTS** Economic reports and social data, informational notes, internal/external communications, databases, organizational charts, directories, etc.; create presentations (PowerPoint) and videos for use by Management and/or the organization. **MANAGEMENT, USE, AND ACCESS TO IT TOOLS AND SOFTWARE** Digital signatures, social media, databases, information repositories, online event organization, etc. **SUPPORT TO OTHER AREAS** Support on projects: temporary working groups and launching new projects (Champions, Power-Automate, procurement, knowledge center, EFQM certification, marketing, communication, building displays, etc.) **COORDINATION OF EVENTS** Design protocols, prepare travel arrangements, prepare programs and work sessions (welcome events, back-to-school events, informational sessions, ILUNION leadership days, executive committee reflection sessions, General Coordination Committee, etc.) **INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE** Provide institutional information and documents to other areas and ILUNION companies.
