Our mission: to create unique and inspiring experiences where every journey becomes a meaningful encounter, a learning opportunity, and a human adventure. #### **Responsibilities** Working alongside the Production Manager, you will participate in all stages of custom trip creation and destination promotion. A comprehensive, hands-on, and formative internship where you’ll learn something new every day! Your main responsibilities: Production & creation: competitive analysis, itinerary design, program development, travel documents, and client brochures. Communication & digital marketing: writing inspiring content, managing social media accounts, contributing to our web strategy. Client and partner relations: preparing quotations, communicating with clients, supporting sales outreach, coordinating with suppliers (guides, hotels, transport providers). Web content writing: destination articles and presentations for our online platform. #### **Profile** Are you a student in Tourism, Communications, or a related field, seeking a rich, practical, and international professional experience? We’re looking for someone who is: Energetic, curious, and passionate about the travel industry; Comfortable both verbally and in writing, with strong written expression skills; Organized, creative, and detail-oriented; Customer-service oriented and skilled at interpersonal communication; Proficient in English and/or Spanish. #### **Conditions** Conditions Location: Barcelona (Spain) Duration: Discovery internship (2 to 4 months) Period: Starting January, February, or March 2026 Paid internship (if longer than 2 months) Mandatory internship agreement An immersive experience within a small-scale, human-centered agency where every idea matters.
