One-year initial contract. #### **Newrest is seeking personnel for its GRADUATE PROGRAM at its airline and rail catering centers in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares).** **MISSIONS:** We are looking for individuals with curiosity, ambition, and interest in achieving strong and immediate international professional development for our "Graduate" Program. We offer an initial one-year contract during which the selected candidate will receive training across all departments: Warehouse, Production, Warehouse, Ramp, Kitchen, Cleaning, Quality, etc. Newrest is committed to continuous improvement and innovation for its clients, to the well-being and advancement of its employees and managers, to the sustainable and long-term development of the company, and to full respect for social and environmental values in all its activities. Initially, the position will be based in Spain, and absolute availability for relocation to any of our 54 subsidiaries worldwide — primarily located in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America — is required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Tasks within the food production and manufacturing department. * Placing monthly orders to suppliers or internal production based on stock forecasts prepared. * Processing required customs documentation for receiving goods, inspecting them, and distributing them to departments. * Checking daily consumption on the scheduling sheet. * Monitoring received material stock via the office system. * Ensuring hygiene compliance of catering materials according to ISO standards. * Conducting material inventory and submitting reports to airlines and the Billing Department. * Administrative tasks: archiving documentation. * Liaising with airlines, collecting feedback or information regarding material changes, and communicating these to relevant staff. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Food Industry Engineering, etc.; Master’s degree in Systems, Logistics, or related fields. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office. * Advanced English, both spoken and written. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to travel. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity. **ABOUT Newrest:** Newrest’s core values are humility, simplicity, efficiency, and a sense of responsibility.
