




Job Description: **Mission** * Continuously identify non-quality factors, conduct or coordinate in-depth analyses with other departments, and supervise quality improvement plans. * Detect potential problems before they occur and implement preventive solutions. * Rapidly and effectively resolve process issues affecting customers through containment, correction, and prevention actions. * Plan and execute necessary actions to ensure product or service conformity with contractual and/or explicit customer requirements. * Conduct audits and analyze results according to established quality systems and methods. **Key Responsibilities** * Take all necessary actions to ensure that the product or service meets customer requirements, serving as the primary driver for implementing continuous quality improvement. **Main Activities** Responsible for quality in one or several sectors: * Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied and aligned with the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), challenging operations to proactively identify and manage risks. * Lead process audits and FMEA analyses. * Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring training and implementation within the sector. * Lead continuous improvement within their scope. * Direct containment actions, root cause analysis, and problem resolution within their sector. * Support SIM’s + extraction, tracking, analysis, and improvement of KPIs.
