**About the Role**

Are you eager to join the team and participate in an **aerospace and defense sector** project? You will be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising Quality, Engineering, Production, and Project Management professionals, whose objective is to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of electronic products and hardware systems—from development through manufacturing and certification.
### **What You’ll Do on the Project**
* Manage quality documentation, technical reports, and project-related deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with quality requirements, as well as risk management and configuration control.
* Manage non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions, applying root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
* Develop and maintain quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
* Support audits, certifications, and validation and testing activities (FAT, HAT, SAT, and unit testing).
### **Your Profile**
To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with:
* A degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in manufacturing or production quality for hardware and familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, PECAL, and IPC/WHMA.
* Proficiency in quality methodologies including non-conformance management, 8D, FAI, and root cause analysis.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma).
* English proficiency at B2/C1 level and ability to interact with international clients and suppliers.
**Additionally, we especially value** rigor, attention to detail, analytical capability, and problem-solving orientation in manufacturing environments.
