Q-safety by Quirón Prevención, a national company with strong growth in Prevention and Safety on Construction Sites, part of the Quirónprevención Group, is seeking a TELEOPERATOR to join our internal team. Responsibilities: * Telephone customer service (NOT SALES) and email communication with clients and suppliers in SPANISH and PORTUGUESE. * Resolving incidents related to document queries, platform usage (issuance and receipt). * Monitoring contractors to ensure their readiness on platforms. * Supporting document management through internal or external platforms. We Offer: * Temporary contract due to long-term illness replacement. * Full-time: 40 hours per week – Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 (one Friday per month from 10:00 to 17:00) * Work location: Ciudad Lineal (Suanzes Metro), Madrid. * 6 days of remote work per month (after successful completion of the probation and adaptation period) * Salary according to applicable collective agreement. * Opportunity for internal promotion.
