**SPAIN, MADRID****AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE****30\-OCT\-2025****REF \#: 30119**### **HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW \& KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)** * Vision: Serve as a key liaison with a variety of different parties and deliver world\-class service to all our customers * Mission: Co\-coordinate a safe, on time aircraft turn around process and uphold the Delta customer experience to its highest possible standards As a Fixed Term Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Agent), you will be central in demonstrating Delta’s commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and as pleasant as possible. As a Fixed Term Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Agent), you will be the first to greet our customers, guide them to where they need to go, and assist them on the computer with their ticketing and baggage check\-in process. Our agents understand the demands of air travel and are determined to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our customers by helping with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding. **Summary of Responsibilities include:** Scheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts. Delta does not sponsor for this role. * Proficient in English and Spanish * Ability to read, write, with strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation * Possess basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 70 pounds * Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, a priority * Embrace diverse people, thinking and style * Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays(If transferring internally) * Must be performing satisfactorily in present position ### **WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)** * Previous experience as a Gate Agent, Ticket Agent, Airport Customer Service (Above Wing) Agent or equivalent job for any airline
