




Job Summary: The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service through the control and registration of goods, guaranteeing traceability, quality, and regulatory compliance at reception. As part of the Hypermarket team, your mission will be to provide excellent customer service while ensuring control and registration of all goods entering and leaving the hypermarket via the goods reception area, in accordance with instructions from the Reception Manager. Ensure compliance with internal procedures to protect Alcampo’s property and rights, as well as its obligations towards third parties. Main Responsibilities: * Inspect goods to ensure compliance with quality regulations, guaranteeing traceability, date control, weights, and condition of goods. * Apply seals and complete reception labels. * Register received quantities in the system. * Prepare reception reports, detailing incidents occurred and ensuring correct registration and signatures. * Maintain daily organization and classification of documentation generated by reception for subsequent archiving in accounting, including both sales orders and general expense orders. * Guarantee control, review, and registration of goods dispatches and general expense orders. * Complete and archive cleaning schedules for both the PF returns chamber and the reception area. * Manage and keep up-to-date all documentation required for Health Authority inspections and ISO certification. * Review and monitor daily demarcation and breakage across all markets, identifying anomalies either by volume or recurrence. * Manage and control organic and non-organic waste. * Manage storage and removal of compactors, pallets, plastic boxes, and waste. * Monitor RAEs (Reusable Asset Equipment) and their collection. * Ensure proper organization, order, and cleanliness of common warehouse areas. * Perform unloading tasks for trucks carrying designated goods or those mandated by regulation. * Ensure proper calibration of the PF reception scale for correct operation. * Control and carry out daily pallet movement to store. * Control pedestrian and vehicle traffic at the loading dock. * Act in alignment with the company’s project and strategy.
