At present, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking a **PRL Technician** for our client, who will be responsible for supervising PRL compliance across the company’s assigned plants and agricultural farms. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct risk assessments at assigned plants, facilities, and/or farms, ensuring staff safety and health. * Carry out risk audits and monitor the implementation of control measures. * Coordinate activities with the External Prevention Service (SPA): assessments, measurements, and technical reports. * Support the PRL Manager in accident investigations and in monitoring occupational injury statistics. * Manage legal documentation related to facilities and machinery. * Handle and prepare PRL-related audits and inspections. * Coordinate mandatory external audits and manage compulsory personnel documentation (fitness certificates, training records, information provision, etc.). * Supervise compliance with the PRL training plan, tailored to each job position. * Develop and deliver internal occupational risk prevention training. * Monitor preventive and corrective actions at plants and agricultural farms. * Lead emergency response and first-aid interventions. * Conduct studies in the fields of industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and applied psychosociology. * Establish measurement strategies to ensure result reliability. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations across all workplaces. * Manage initial and periodic PRL training, including emergency situations. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in a related field (preferably Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or similar). * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three technical specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within industrial and/or agricultural environments. * Up-to-date knowledge of current occupational risk prevention legislation. * Experience coordinating with External Prevention Services and conducting mandatory audits is highly valued. * Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel between work sites. **What does the company offer?** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. * Salary range: according to experience (€30,000–€40,000).
