Being part of a project with its own identity We are looking for a Cook for a Café & Bar (Breakfast, Brunch & Mediterranean Cuisine). We are a new café & *bar* offering a thoughtful and modern concept, combining breakfast, brunch, tapas, and a selection of high-quality coffee and beverages in a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. We prioritize quality ingredients, attractive aesthetics, and a complete gastronomic experience for our customers. We are currently seeking an organized Cook with attention to detail and passion for cooking to join our team. Conditions * Working hours: 40 hours per week * Venue operating hours: 09:00–22:00 * Rotating shifts * Initial training on recipes and procedures What will your responsibilities be? * Prepare ingredients and dishes following established recipes * Execute breakfast, brunch, tapas, and pastry dishes consistently and with high quality * Support kitchen organization and time management during service * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with food hygiene regulations * Receive, inspect, and store products * Collaborate in an agile and organized kitchen adapted to continuous service What are we looking for? * Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual * Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stress well * Interest in Mediterranean cuisine, brunch, and pastry * Prior experience in cafés, brunch establishments, or similar kitchens (preferred) * Positive attitude and commitment to quality * Availability for full-time employment with flexible shifts If you are passionate about cooking, meticulous about details, and eager to be part of a project with its own identity, we would love to meet you!
