Join our team as a **Java Architect** and enjoy an innovative and collaborative work environment. **What will your mission be on the project?** * The goal is to provide **cross-functional technical support to the backend area**, acting as the architectural and development reference for various teams. New hires will play a key role in: * **Providing technical guidance** to different teams within the area, sharing architectural insights and best practices. * **Actively collaborating with existing teams**, integrating agilely to deliver targeted support during high-demand periods (e.g., specific deliveries, quarterly peaks, etc.). * **Participating in the launch of new projects**, defining the technical architecture and key decisions. * **Driving innovation initiatives**, proof-of-concept efforts, and technical validations prior to final production rollout. This is a **highly dynamic role**, designed for technically strong professionals with interest in development and the ability to adapt to diverse contexts and challenges. **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum **4\-5 years of experience.** * Proven experience with **Kafka**. * Experience developing with **Java versions 11\-17 and later.** * Experience with the Spring framework and its modules. * Experience working with relational and non-relational databases at an advanced level (scalar functions, query optimization). * Experience or knowledge of **hexagonal architecture and microservices.** * Experience with continuous integration. * Experience working with monitoring tools such as Grafana. * Experience with unit and integration testing. * Adherence to best practices: SOLID principles and Clean Code. * Experience with OpenAPI / API First. * Candidates familiar with AI tools supporting development. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model**.
