We are expanding our Hotels \| WSP team in Madrid, within the Building \| WSP division, and are seeking to hire an Architect. **What will be your role?** You will participate in real projects from day one, collaborating on the development of technical documentation for projects—including drawings, reports, and other documents—both during the design phase and for construction supervision tasks on Non-Residential Building projects. Your main responsibilities will include developing, in collaboration with other office team members, all technical documentation related to projects—such as drawings, reports, specifications, technical reports, etc.; performing construction supervision duties as an architect; jointly signing off on projects and construction supervision assignments under your responsibility (SRC by WSP); and conceptualizing and designing projects. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a candidate holding a degree in Architecture, with at least two years of experience in project development and construction supervision. Registration with the Architects’ Association is mandatory, as is proficiency in specialized technical software such as Revit and AutoCAD, along with solid knowledge of current technical and urban planning regulations. Experience with complementary tools such as Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and other Autodesk tools oriented toward BIM coordination (e.g., BIM 360) will be highly valued.
