Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** * You will assist with guest billing, as well as perform administrative and commercial tasks appropriate to your position * You will carry out guest check-in and check-out procedures, accurately maintaining registration information and assigning rooms/apartments * You will serve as an information resource for guests on various topics, such as advice on city activities, restaurant recommendations, or transportation options * You will fulfill guest requests by providing proactive, unique, and personalized solutions, handle complaints and claims, and report them to your supervisor for resolution * You will respond to inquiries received via phone and/or email regarding stays, reservations, or from external partners wishing to contact the team * Lastly, but equally important, you must demonstrate empathy and initiative in addressing customer needs **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a similar role * Experience with hotel PMS and reservation systems * English proficiency * Additional languages will be valued **What do we offer?** * + Temporary contract due to maternity leave. + Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. + Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
