We are seeking a social worker to join an intervention project in the area of women's support and combating human trafficking. The objective of this position is to assess each individual's needs and define the necessary interventions to improve their personal and social situation. To this end, assessment interviews will be conducted jointly with the psychologist—both for admissions into residential facilities and for cases from the Comprehensive Care Center for Women—either assuming responsibility for the case or referring it onward, as agreed upon by coordination. Responsibilities include analyzing social and family needs to establish a consensual intervention pathway together with the reference social educator. Administrative and documentary procedures are also managed; participants are accompanied in social and healthcare settings; and weekly visits are made to residential resources. In addition, social reports are prepared; benefits, municipal registrations, and school enrollments are processed; and program assistance is managed after analyzing each person's socioeconomic situation. Reception placements are coordinated, and cases are referred to specialized resources when necessary. Case files are reviewed; participation occurs in group workshops aimed at developing personal and social skills; and collaboration takes place with the on-call team and mobile unit. The role includes establishing networks with local resources, participating in meetings, and supporting the program’s logistical management. The contract is temporary, with a 40-hour weekly work schedule and an annual gross salary between 24\.001 and 30\.000 euros.
