**What will your role be?**

We are seeking an R&D Projects and Proposals Engineer with experience in European-funded programs to join our projects.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**

* **Identify and analyze European funding opportunities** (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EDF, LIFE), evaluating their alignment with the organization’s capabilities and objectives.
* **Coordinate the preparation of R&D proposals**, leading technical definition, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, milestones, and deliverables.
* **Manage relationships with national and international partners**, facilitating consortium formation and negotiation of responsibilities, contributions, and collaboration agreements.
* **Lead and supervise technical activities and work packages (WPs)** in European projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, adherence to deadlines, and quality of results.
* **Act as the liaison between technical teams, funding agencies, and consortium partners**, ensuring smooth communication and effective international coordination.
* **Prepare and review technical and administrative project documentation**, including reports, deliverables, presentations, and justifications required by European programs.
**Your profile:**

* Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering, with **over 5 years’ experience in R&D projects under European programs** (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EDF, LIFE)
* Experience in **coordinating complex technical tasks (task leadership or WPs)**, ensuring timely delivery of results within multidisciplinary international consortia.
* **Knowledge of the European innovation ecosystem**, with ability to interact effectively with academic, industrial, and institutional partners.
* **Communication, negotiation, and coordination skills in international environments** are highly valued.
* Experience in **developing European R&D proposals**, from opportunity identification and negotiation through proposal drafting, milestone planning, etc.
* **Fluent professional-level English is mandatory.**
